We do a number of systemic things to ensure your computer is performing optimally. Let us worry about the maintenance so you can spend more of your time and effort focusing on your school work, finances, entertainment, or whatever else is important to you. We'll make absolutely sure that your system is free from any kind of:
1. programs that:
- you don't use anymore
- never intended to install
- run in the background for no reason
2. malware
3. pop ups
4. hardware malfunctions
5. heat problems
6. crashes
or any other potential distractions standing between you and what you're trying to accomplish.
We do not (officially) provide support for third-party software from any vendor, including but not limited to photo, audio, or video editing programs, video games, 3D modeling software, tax or payroll software, medical or dental software, or any others. Our role is to ensure your computer and operating system are functioning optimally. At the discretion of our technicians and on a case-by-case basis, we may choose to assist with troubleshooting installed software, the outcome of which shall have no bearing on the cost of our services.
We do not offer support services for any operating system other than the current version of Windows. At this time, that means Windows 11. If your computer is powered by Windows 10, download the Windows 11 Installation assistant directly from Microsoft by clicking here. Once it's downloaded, go to your downloads folder and open it. It will determine whether your current computer is capable of running on Windows 11 and if so, will give you the option to perform an "in place" upgrade, which installs Windows 11 and preserves all of your apps, files, and settings. If the installation assistant deems your computer incapable of running Windows 11, you'll unfortunately need to purchase something new. Reach out whenever you do! We'll help make sure you get everything migrated properly.
We do not support industrial or enterprise-grade equipment such as mainframes, CNC machines, medical devices, or similar systems. Our services are limited to consumer-grade desktop and laptop computers running Windows.
Finally, we do not offer support for systems that are not personally owned by you, the client. If you are experiencing issues with a work computer, as much as we would love to help, we are obligated to stand down and defer to your organization’s IT department.
